I have ten years experience working with people living with the impacts of aging, chronic health conditions and disability. I am one of a team of Occupational Therapists dedicated to enabling people to achieve maximal independence with activities of daily living, community access and social participation. Interventions include equipment and home modifications prescription and design; task adaptation and education; & rehabilitation programs.
