Post-Polio Health International has announced a Request for Proposals for post-poliomyelitis research. Deadline is 1 October 2015 (to be awarded in 2016).

Polio Australia’s two clinical practice resources “The Late Effects of Polio: Introduction to Clinical Practice” and “The Late Effects of Polio: Managing Muscles and Mobility” can now be securely purchased online in both hard copy and electronic versions. There is also a handy currency converter to assist with international orders.

Post-Polio Health International created a survey asking polio survivors about their post-polio medical care. The survey, Post-Polio Medical Care: Post-Polio Specialists and Primary Care Physicians, was posted online and a version was also published in Post-Polio Health (Volume 30, Number 2). Data was gathered from 632 people.
