Sonya is an occupational therapist with over 30 years experience working with people of all ages and treating a diverse range of medical conditions and disabilities. She has seen many people with the late effects of polio in her practice. Sonya provides soft tissue, neuromuscular treatment to her clients to reduce pain and improve muscle and joint movement allowing the body to work more efficiently.

Sonya works with her clients to understand how their condition, lifestyle and everyday activities and daily tasks impact on their body. She helps her clients to adjust movement patterns and modify everyday tasks, where necessary, to maintain independence and quality of life.
