Yvonne CohenYvonne is a speech pathologist and clinical neuropsychologist. She has spent the majority of her career working with adults with acquired brain injuries of varying aetiologies. As a speech pathologist, one of Yvonne’s specialisations is in dysphagia (swallowing disorders), which, of course not only involves actual swallowing, but the physiology of the oral structures. She has worked in Clinical Governance and as a Clinical Advisor for the Victorian ABI-Slow to Recover Rehabilitation Program. She is now a private practitioner as a speech pathologist, and as a clinical neuropsychologist, works in a not-for-profit organisation.
